Professor, and Consultant General Surgeon
Dr Suheil received his BS and MD degrees from the American University if Beirut. He underwent his general surgical training at the Cleveland General Metropolitan Hospital, affiliated with Western Reserve University and the Mayo Clinic. From there Dr Suheil received his diploma from the American Board of Surgery. Dr Suheil had three years of training at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, and afterwards, joined the teaching medical faculty of Damascus University, where he went on to become a full professor and chairman of surgery for 15 years. Dr Suheil continued his journey by founding and serving as president of the Syrian Association of Surgeons. He also served as the head of the Examination Committees to the Arab Board of Surgery. Continuing his accolades, Dr Suheil was appointed Adjunct A. Professor of Surgery at the Lebanese American University. Since 2016, Dr Suheil has been serving as a senior Consultant in general and Cancer related surgeries at different hospitals in Dubai, UAE.
