Emirates Integra Medical and Surgery Centre hosted it’s first CME (Continuing Medical Education) event on June 30th at the Conrad Hotel, Dubai. Our speakers lectured on ‘Patellofemoral instability – An Integrated Approach’. Dr William Murrell, CEO of Emirates Integra and Chief Science Officer of Emirates Healthcare served as host of the nights’ proceedings, as well as delivering a lecture himself.
Delivering the Keynote lecture of the night was Professor Nicola Maffulli. Professor Nicola is a consultant specialist orthopaedic surgeon at Emirates Integra who has published over 900 peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals and 12 books on Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. Our highly reputable Orthopaedic Surgeon with 16 years of experience in Orthopaedics, Dr Ashok Kumar, also lectured the crowd. The other speakers included our Podiatrist Sergio N. Sardon Melo, our Associate Chiropractor Dr Kristian Frantzen and our Exercise Physiologist Amelia Davis.
